The selected candidate will work under the supervision of the local Head of Marketing and Communication providing support for the following activities:
* Support the management of internal and external communication activities
* Draft, edit, and proofread content for communication materials, including presentations, brochures, newsletters, and other client-facing documents
* Prepare layouts and graphic materials for internal and external communication
* Support the organization and delivery of corporate events for clients and prospects
* Maintain and update the event pipeline and tracking tools
* Monitor and report on the commercial outcomes generated by events
* Support the commercial network by gathering client information to help shape marketing strategies and action plans




* Assist with external communication and media relations activities, including press materials, interviews, and press releases
* Manage non-commercial mass mailings, such as monthly market views and investment updates
* Coordinate the procurement of branded materials, such as gadgets, stationery, and gifts, in line with Group guidelines
* Update and manage content for the Italian intranet
* Coordinate website update requests with the international team
