Overview In this Senior Underwriter role, you will drive profitable Casualty growth by underwriting complex risks and shaping risk solutions. You’ll work closely with brokers to communicate risk appetite, negotiate terms, and expand the broker network. You’ll mentor junior underwriters and collaborate with distribution and other lines to target quality accounts. * Underwrite new and renewal Casualty business and assess complex risks
* Communicate risk appetite to brokers and tailor value propositions

* Collaborate with Distribution and other lines to target desirable accounts and cross-sell
