* Master's degree in Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related field
* 4–7 years of relevant experience
* Experience applying data science, ML, optimization, or simulation to business problems with clear impact
* Experience or strong knowledge of large capital projects, including planning, scheduling, and optimization
* Knowledge of Operations & Optimization methodologies for supply chain, engineering, procurement, and cost optimization
* Strong Python programming skills; experience with optimization tools (Gurobi, OR-Tools, Pyomo) a plus
* Knowledge of Primavera or similar project management software; BIM familiarity a plus
* Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
* Client-facing experience, collaborative within diverse teams, with leadership potential
