Overview In this role, you will support the Financial Controller to oversee hotel financial operations and ensure accuracy and compliance in a luxury hospitality setting. You’ll contribute to monthly to annual reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close while upholding strong internal controls. You work closely with cross-functional teams to drive financial decisions and safeguard assets. * Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
* Support budget management and forecasting, analyze variances, and provide recommendations
* Oversee AP/AR processes for accuracy
* Collaborate on general ledger management and record financial transactions
* Participate in month-end and year-end closing, including reconciliations and variance analysis
* Assist in implementing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard hotel assets




* Provide financial analyses to support strategic decision-making across departments
* Ensure compliance with company policies and local/international regulations Requisiti fondamentali
* Bachelor in Finance
* at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in a financial role
* Solid understanding of GAAP/IFRS and financial control procedures
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with PMS/ERP
* Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
* Highly detail-oriented and discreet with confidential information
