Overview

As Revenue Manager, you will drive revenue growth across our hotel portfolio through pricing and inventory strategies. You will work within the Revenue team to optimize performance and support strategic decisions. You will analyze performance, forecast gaps, and identify opportunities to improve profitability. This role combines data analysis with market insight in an international hospitality context, offering exposure to a dynamic portfolio and a clear impact on financial results. You will start with a training period in Milan, then transition to a permanent role in Rome, contributing to a data-driven, performance-focused culture with room for growth.

Responsabilità

- Prepare and analyze Revenue Management reports to support decisions




- Monitor pick-up vs forecasts, identify variances and growth opportunities
- Conduct period-end analysis to uncover trends and seasonality
- Perform advanced pricing analyses, displacement analysis, and profitability assessments
- Evaluate hotel performance against historical results, budgets, and competitors
- Organize and lead regular revenue meetings to align pricing by property and destination

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Tourism, or related field
- At least 3 years of Revenue Management experience in the hotel industry
- Strong Excel skills and data analysis tools proficiency
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and results-oriented mindset
