Marni is seeking a data-driven professional to join the Customer Insights & Omnichannel Performance team in Italy. Reporting to the Brand Excellence Manager, you will connect customer insights with commercial performance to enhance the customer experience and drive growth across Retail, E-commerce and CRM channels.
You will analyze data from multiple sources, develop dashboards, and identify opportunities to improve acquisition, retention and engagement.
