It is a permanent, live-in appointment with the family, with annual leave. Once in post, you travel continuously with the family across several countries. This posting is open to UK & European-trained physiotherapists based in Italy and ready to relocate. Neuromuscular movement control and corrective exercise lead the programme. Movement analysis guides each choice, supported by soft tissue release and joint mobilisation. Proprioception and balance training round out the work; strength and conditioning plays a smaller part. You treat one-to-one, at the residence and on the move, with real continuity of care. Requirements UK or European physiotherapy training, with registration current in the country where you qualified. Solid post-qualification experience in sports or musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with confident hands-on skills. Work with professional clubs, national squads or elite athletes is a clear advantage. Confident with movement analysis, biomechanical assessment and corrective exercise. Able to start within six weeks, relocate alone and travel with the family at short notice. Fluent English, sound judgement and complete discretion under a strict NDA.



Training in the UK or Europe is the criterion; nationality is not. Benefits Salary from £60,000 a year gross, depending on experience. Free accommodation within or next to the family residence. Medical insurance is covered; professional indemnity insurance is not included. Flights and travel are always paid for by the family. Permanent employment with the family, with annual leave. The family arranges and pays for visas for international travel. Time off and days off follow the family's diary, as is usual in private households. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
