It is a permanent, live-in appointment with the family, with annual leave. Once you join, you move with the family continuously across several countries. This posting is open to UK & European-trained physiotherapists based in Italy and ready to relocate. Your brief is to keep active principals mobile, resilient and free of avoidable injury. Movement analysis and biomechanical assessment shape a clear injury-prevention plan. Mobility work, joint mobilisation and proprioception training carry that plan through the week. Treatment happens at home and on the road, always one-to-one. Requirements A physiotherapy qualification from the UK or Europe and current registration in your country of training. Proven experience in sports physiotherapy, manual therapy and movement-based rehabilitation. Work with professional clubs, national squads or elite athletes is a clear advantage. At ease with neuromuscular techniques, movement control and breathing and core work. Ready to start within six weeks, live in, and travel freely with the family. Excellent English and the discretion the household expects; a strict NDA applies.



Training in the UK or Europe is the criterion; nationality is not. Benefits A salary from £60,000 a year gross, depending on experience. Flights and travel are always paid for by the family. Accommodation is free of charge throughout the appointment. Medical insurance is covered; professional indemnity insurance is not included. Permanent employment with the family, with annual leave. International travel visas are handled and paid for by the family. Your free time and days off are arranged around the family's schedule. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Engagement essentials The appointment is live-in and single-status; you relocate alone. Availability follows the family's diary, typically a six-day week with on-call cover. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
