Overview
In this role you will manage the end-to-end contract paperwork process in the Milan area, ensuring quality control and timely dispatch of executed contracts. You will work within cross-functional teams to maintain tracking databases, generate reports, and follow up on signatures. The role focuses on data integrity, file management, and archival processes to support contract lifecycle efficiency. You will contribute to process improvements and ensure compliant, accurate documentation across the organization.

Responsabilità Review and finalize contract documents (headers/footers, naming, watermarks)
Print, assemble, track contracts and amendments; mass mail and distribute documents
Obtain necessary signatures via departmental processes
Update tracking databases with contract information; run and act on outstanding signature reports




Maintain electronic and physical repositories; organize/archive related documents
Assist in data gathering/analysis and identify process improvements
Coordinate site mailings and correspondence; support cross-functional teams
Requisiti fondamentali 3 years’ experience in an administrative environment or equivalent
Contract management experience
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work in cross-functional teams; high interpersonal skills
Fluency in Italian and English
Knowledge of clinical development process; data integrity focus
