Overview
In this role you will lead cross-functional teams to execute patient-centric engagements within large-scale client projects in life sciences. You will shape strategies by translating patient insights into actionable recommendations across development, evidence generation, and market access. The position blends project leadership, business development, and thought leadership to elevate patient perspectives in client engagements and firm growth.
Responsabilità Independently lead execution teams and deliver projects with minimal supervision
Guide teams to translate client issues into actionable, patient-centered solutions
Manage client interactions and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
Identify and communicate potential project challenges to senior leadership
Encourage innovative, out-of-the-box approaches to client problems
Design and lead patient engagement activities (advisory boards, interviews, journey mapping, co-creation workshops)
Translate patient insights into recommendations on trial design, endpoints, PROs, HTA input, and patient support programs
Ensure activities comply with ethical, legal, and data privacy standards (GDPR, fair-market-value compensation)




Develop expertise in life sciences and patient advocacy landscapes and share it through training and engagements
Oversee staff in alignment with company policies, mission, and values
Support business development from proposal to closing and nurture client relationships
Build and maintain relationships with patient advocacy groups to bring authentic perspectives
Contribute to firm reputation as a trusted advisor in life sciences
Mentor colleagues to disseminate knowledge and differentiate client solutions
Attend conferences and contribute to service line development and publications
Requisiti fondamentali 6+ years in management consulting, private equity, life sciences, or HTA agencies
Hands-on experience designing patient engagement initiatives (advisory boards, patient research, advocacy partnerships)
Graduate degree in Life Sciences, Business, Economics, or Engineering; advanced degrees a plus
Experience managing large teams
Empathy in communication
Multi-tasking with a positive attitude
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to understand complex data and extract client-relevant information
Clear, empathetic communication with patients and caregivers
Proven project management and client interaction skills
