In this role you drive growth for Training & Personnel Certification services by identifying client training needs and delivering tailored solutions. You will work within the Training & Personnel Certification Team to meet individual and unit sales targets, while building strong customer relationships and channel networks. The position emphasizes market analysis, proposal negotiation, and collaboration across functions to safeguard DNV’s brand and ensure quality data for forecasting. Responsabilità Analyze market trends and opportunities to inform sales strategy
Identify client training needs and propose suitable solutions
Prepare, negotiate and close offers for Public, In-house Training and Personnel Certification
Achieve and contribute to sales targets at both individual and unit levels




Collaborate with other functions within the team to support lead generation and customer care
Allocate at least 60% of time to prospecting, meetings and visits
Maintain data quality for quotes and follow up on website/Marcom opportunities
Support forecasting, Tactical Plans, KPIs and target setting
Uphold DNV brand reputation and align activities with company values
Develop and maintain a network of channels (partners, consultants, associations) to enable lead generation
Maintain customer loyalty and pursue cross-selling opportunities within DNV departments
Requisiti fondamentali Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Sales experience in corporate training services; experience with third-party certification bodies is a plus
Strong communication, sales and negotiation skills
Independence and responsibility in task execution
Creativity and openness to new solutions
Excellent work organization and MS Office proficiency
Fluent in Italian and English
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Willingness to domestic travel
