As a Specialist in Milano, you drive omnichannel performance and team excellence to deliver an outstanding Customer Journey. You monitor KPIs, coach the department, and ensure quality across makeup, skincare, fragrance, and Sephora Collection. You act as a bridge between store operations, trade, and HR strategy to achieve commercial goals. Responsabilità Monitor qualitative and quantitative KPIs (Recruitment, My Client, LoveMeter, Conversion Rate, Average ticket, Unit Per Ticket) and omnichannel services (Sephora+, Click & collect, App download)
Monitor team performance and define corrective actions
Manage department team and develop members’ skills
Ensure quality standards for department disciplines and provide training on technical skills




Resolve disputes and foster team spirit to meet goals
Inform team with results and daily/monthly objectives
Ensure compliant customer journey and adherence to company policies
Oversee in-store services performance (internal, external)
Organize and plan the Booxi platform
Coordinate events and masterclasses with Trade & Communication
Support Managers in daily activities and contribute to store's commercial and HR strategy
Manage stockroom and maintain stock levels per replenishment cycles
Comply with regulations, safety procedures and commercial policies
Requisiti fondamentali Minimum 3–4 years in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder) in multinational retail
Knowledge of key commerce KPIs and budget management, daily reporting
