TheDirectorwillleadthePharmacy&Therapeutics;(P&T;)Committee,managethe340BDrugPricingProgram,andensurecompliancewithallfederalandstateregulationswhilementoringadedicatedteam.
TheFQHCCommunityHealthClinichasbeeninoperationforover20yearsandoffersMentalHealth,PrimaryCareMedical,PhysicalTherapy,&DentistryservicestotheBIPOCcommunity.;
KeyResponsibilities

Leadday-to-daypharmacyoperationsandmaintaincompliancewithCaliforniaBoardofPharmacyandHRSAstandards.




ServeasPICforaudits,licensing,andqualityinitiatives.
DirecttheP&TCommittee;,ensuringsafeandeffectiveformularymanagement.
Overseethe340BDrugPricingProgramwithfullHRSAcompliance.
Mentorpharmacists,technicians,interns,andexterns.
EnsurethepharmacyisinfullcompliancewithAlamedaCounty,ContraCostaCounty,CaliforniaandFederalregulationsManageprocurement,inventory,andmedicationstorage.
Collaboratewithproviderstooptimizemedicationsafetyandcostefficiency.
Supporteducationalandoutreachprogramswithinthecommunity.
