Overview
In this role you partner with management to align people strategies with business goals, supporting talent management, performance, and workforce planning. You will act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, organizational development, and change initiatives in an international environment. You drive engagement, compliance, and process improvements to boost organizational performance. This position offers visibility to the Board and a chance to shape HR initiatives within a dynamic, global company.

Responsabilità Partner with managers and leaders to implement HR strategies aligned with goals
Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and retention
Lead and coordinate annual HR processes (performance, compensation reviews, talent assessments)
Analyze people metrics to identify trends and propose improvements




Drive employee engagement and foster an inclusive culture
Ensure compliance with employment law, policies, and HR best practices
Support organizational changes and change management projects
Contribute to HR initiatives improving processes and employee experience
Requisiti fondamentali Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Law, Human Resources, or related field
At least 5 years in HRBP or broad HR Generalist role
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
Ability to operate in a dynamic, international environment
