Overview
In this role you will coordinate Visual Merchandising guidelines for Outlet and Wholesale, ensuring alignment with global standards and local market needs. You will adapt guidelines to different formats and collaborate with regional teams to boost customer experience and commercial performance. You will develop and update VM guidelines, oversee seasonal campaigns and product storytelling, and monitor in-store execution across channels. This position involves field visits, cross-functional collaboration, and supporting openings and special projects, with international travel. You play a key part in maintaining Valentino’s luxury brand identity while driving consistent VM execution.

Responsabilità Coordinate VM guidelines for Outlet and Wholesale and drive consistent execution globally
Define and implement the global VM strategy for Outlet and Wholesale, adapting guidelines to distribution formats
Develop and update VM guidelines; coordinate seasonal campaigns, product launches, and commercial initiatives
Monitor in-store execution through photos, store visits, and regional follow-ups; identify improvements and define action plans
Plan VM visits across key Outlet stores and Wholesale POS; coach regional teams and local partners
Support VM activities for openings, relocations, refurbishments,



and special projects; collaborate with Retail, Store Planning and Regional Management
Collaborate with Retail, Merchandising, Buying, Marketing and Store Planning to align commercial strategy and product presentation
Act as reference for all VM topics for Outlet and Wholesale; work with HQ Outlet & Wholesale Management and VM Director
Install VM tools and materials dedicated to Outlet and Wholesale channels
Requisiti fondamentali Minimum 5 years of Visual Merchandising experience in luxury fashion
Strong knowledge of Retail, Wholesale and Outlet channels with global VM execution experience
Solid understanding of wholesale partner management and adaptable communication/execution with partners
Strong product sensitivity; translate client buying decisions into effective VM setups
Experience collaborating with Buying, Merchandising and Retail to align VM with commercial objectives
Hands-on VM planning, setup and operational execution
Excellent project management, organization and stakeholder management skills
Ability to cascade VM guidelines across regions ensuring consistency and brand alignment
Willingness to travel internationally (~1–2 trips/month)
