Overview
As Head of Sales in Milan, you lead and develop Radius' Telematics sales function, shaping growth in Italy. You will recruit, coach and align the team with a scalable operating rhythm while balancing transactional and consultative sales. You collaborate cross-functionally to maximise customer value and drive revenue targets. This role offers impact through building durable sales processes within a global, inclusive environment.

Responsabilità Lead and develop the Milan sales team, fostering a high-performing culture
Recruit, onboard, coach and grow sales professionals
Establish sales operating rhythms with meetings, pipeline reviews and coaching
Develop strategies for both transactional and consultative sales cycles
Support inbound/outbound selling with hands-on coaching
Improve sales processes, playbooks and frameworks for growth
Own Salesforce reporting,



dashboards and KPI management
Partner with Fuel, Operations and Commercial teams to identify growth opportunities
Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates and team performance; drive improvements
Requisiti fondamentali Proven experience as Head of Sales or similar leadership role
Experience building and growing sales teams
Strong telesales leadership in a high-activity environment
Ability to manage short and long sales cycles
Excellent coaching and people development skills
Strong sales performance management, forecasting and pipeline development
Advanced Salesforce knowledge including reporting and dashboards
Experience implementing scalable sales processes
Strong commercial awareness, resilience and accountability
