Overview
In this role you support the clinical use of Farapulse and Opal systems across Lombardia and adjacent regions, enabling safe, effective procedures through expert training and hands-on case coverage. You work closely with physicians, hospital staff, and sales teams to align clinical needs with product capabilities, driving adoption and customer success. You will educate customers on device usage, demonstrate value, and help shape development and delivery with cross-functional partners. This position offers field-based travel and impact across regional accounts, with a focus on improving patient care and outcomes.
Responsabilità Serve as primary clinical support resource for case coverage, troubleshooting, system and software aspects
Educate customers and Boston Scientific staff on Farapulse and Opal through diverse presentations and formats
Attend hospital case labs to support Farapulse/Opal deployments and component development
Provide ongoing training and feedback to development, sales, and marketing teams on products and features




Meet with physicians and hospital teams to identify clinical needs and demonstrate product capabilities
Develop relationships with hospital personnel to access decision makers and expand coverage
Address customer needs and complaints by proposing feasible, optimal solutions by coordinating with cross-functional teams
Requisiti fondamentali Professional industry experience in a similar role is beneficial
Completed studies within Biomedical Sciences or related area (preferably electrophysiology)
Strong communication skills; ability to convey complex technical/clinical details
Proficiency in Italian and English (additional languages helpful)
Ability to travel extensively; dynamic, adaptable, and collaborative
