Overview
In this role you contribute to Ramboll’s Site Solutions growth in Italy, leading complex contaminated land and remediation projects. You will build client relationships, drive business development, and deliver innovative site investigation and remediation solutions aligned with sustainable land use. You work with cross-functional experts to provide integrated environmental solutions and shape brownfield redevelopment efforts. You will represent Ramboll through industry engagement and thought leadership, impacting environmental stewardship.

Responsabilità Develop and sustain client relationships to grow the sales pipeline and ensure high-quality project delivery
Lead complex projects on contaminated land, remediation, soil and groundwater assessment, and site redevelopment across multiple sectors
Provide technical leadership on remediation technologies, risk-based approaches, and regulatory developments
Oversee project delivery focusing on client satisfaction, quality, commercial performance, and long-term relationships
Collaborate with environments across Ramboll to provide integrated site development and environmental solutions
Drive innovation in remediation strategies,



nature-based solutions, and sustainable land management
Represent Ramboll externally through industry involvement, publications, and thought leadership initiatives
Requisiti fondamentali BSc or MSc in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
Strong experience in contaminated land management, remediation, and site redevelopment projects
Proven track record with industrial, manufacturing, chemicals, energy, infrastructure, mining, real estate, or public sector clients
Experience developing remediation strategies and managing complex environmental liabilities
Understanding of Spanish and European environmental regulations related to contaminated land and permitting
Business development success including securing major client relationships
Demonstrated technical leadership and recognition in contaminated land and remediation consulting
Strong proposal development, project management, and technical reporting skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Local language proficiency and English at C1/C2; Portuguese is a plus
