In this Enablement Manager role, you will build and scale training programs that boost performance across global client-facing teams. You will partner with leaders to identify skill gaps, create onboarding and continuous learning resources, and drive adoption of best practices. The position focuses on aligning enablement initiatives with Deel’s growth strategy and improving team efficiency. You will shape how teams access knowledge, deliver engaging training, and support a high-velocity, cross-border work environment. Responsabilità Develop and execute enablement programs to drive high performance across client-facing teams
Collaborate with leaders to identify training needs and skill gaps across global teams
Create and maintain training resources and documentation for onboarding and continuous learning
Lead e-learning or live training sessions and monitor onboarding progress
Implement and manage enablement tools, platforms, and training technologies




Coordinate onboarding and ongoing training for new hires and existing staff
Support knowledge-sharing platforms to ensure easy access to information
Ensure enablement initiatives align with Deel’s business strategy and objectives
Provide coaching to teams on leveraging enablement resources to improve performance
Requisiti fondamentali 3+ years of experience in enablement, training, or related field
Minimum two years’ experience with relevant roles (Sales, Support, Onboarding, Customer Success, Payroll or Product)
Proven track record designing and implementing effective enablement programs
Experience working with cross-functional teams (Operations, Product, Sales, Marketing, CS)
Familiarity with sales enablement tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Highspot, Gong)
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
Excellent communication and training content creation skills
Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze performance metrics
Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment
Experience in fast-growing or SaaS environments a plus
Ability to work autonomously while collaborating across teams
