Overview

In this role you will support the APAC sales region by working with Sales, Application Engineering, and Product Management to craft hydraulic and electro-hydraulic solutions. You will analyze technical and customer requirements, assist in quotations and project definition, and help drive tailored solutions. You will follow up on projects with cross-functional teams and support training, events, and customer relationships. The position offers international exposure and the chance to contribute to a shift toward intelligent hydraulics.

Responsabilità

- Technical Solution Analysis: assess customer and sales requests to propose suitable technical solutions
- Commercial & Project Support: back the Sales team and customers during quotation and project definition phases
- Project Follow-up & Problem Solving: coordinate with internal teams to monitor projects and resolve issues
- Training & Marketing Events: assist with product/app training, Tech Days, and exhibitions




- Stakeholder Relationship Building: cultivate relationships with customers, distributors, and internal teams
- Regional Support & Travel: support APAC activities, including customer visits and international travel

Requisiti fondamentali

- Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or related)
- Fluent in English and Italian (C1/C2)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and standard engineering tools
- Strong analytical approach and problem-solving mindset
- Client orientation and cross-functional teamwork
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Full willingness to travel internationally, especially in APAC
