As Trade Marketing Specialist, you convert commercial agreements into actionable media plans and coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure campaign readiness. You’ll define structures, manage assets, and hand campaigns over to Activation teams, driving efficiency and consistency in Retail Media initiatives. The role sits at the intersection of marketing, operations, and partnerships, enabling precise execution and timely delivery. You will work with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns align with planning guidelines and business goals. Responsabilità

- Translate commercial agreements into structured media plans for effective campaign execution
- Define campaign structures, formats, and product selections per planning guidelines
- Coordinate setup with internal teams and external partners, aligning timelines and deliverables
- Manage asset requests and creative briefings to ensure complete,



accurate materials
- Prepare campaigns for handover to Activation teams for smooth execution
- Monitor timelines, dependencies, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery
- Coordinate promotional activities with internal stakeholders to align with broader initiatives
- Maintain accurate planning data and documentation for transparency and tracking

Requisiti fondamentali

- 1–3 years of experience in digital advertising, campaign management, or media planning
- Good understanding of retail media and campaign planning processes
- Ability to translate commercial input into structured media plans and campaign setups
- Strong coordination and project management skills with multiple timelines and stakeholders
- High attention to detail in planning data, campaign structures, and assets
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
