Overview In this role, you translate consumer, shopper and market understanding into actionable insights that drive brand growth. You partner with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Global and Commercial teams to uncover growth opportunities and enable evidence-based decisions. You will lead end-to-end research projects, integrating multiple data sources and delivering clear recommendations. You'll communicate insights to senior audiences in Italian and English, helping foster a consumer-centric culture across the organization. Retribuzione / Benefits benefits package in line with company policy Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial and Global teams to define research objectives Lead end-to-end research projects from methodology to final recommendations Integrate diverse data sources (market data, consumer research, shopper insights, social listening, trend platforms, syndicated datasets) Manage multiple methodologies to meet stakeholders' briefs (packaging tests, concept/product tests, post-tests, brand equity, segmentation, shopper behavior)



Identify emerging consumer, category and cultural trends to inform innovation and portfolio strategy Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to diverse audiences in Italian and English 3 years of experience in Consumer Insights, Market Research or related analytical roles ~ Experience in market research agencies, FMCG, consultancy or consumer-focused environments ~ Proven ability to manage research projects end-to-end ~ Strong analytical skills and ability to connect multiple data sources ~ Experience with syndicated market data sources and consumer intelligence tools ~ Passion for marketing, consumer behavior and brand building ~ Curiosity for innovation and new research approaches (AI) ~ Strong stakeholder management and collaboration capabilities ~ Fluent in Italian and English with ability to present insights internationally ~ Collaboration ~ Syndicated data (Circana)
