Overview

In this role you help grow Ramboll's Site Solutions in Italy by leading and delivering complex contaminated land and remediation projects. You will build client relationships, drive business development, and guide cross-disciplinary teams to provide innovative site investigation and redevelopment solutions. You'll influence remediation strategies and regulatory compliance while advancing sustainable land use. Responsabilità

- Develop strategic client relationships and sales pipeline for Site Solutions
- Lead and deliver multi-sector contaminated land, remediation, and site redevelopment projects
- Provide technical leadership on remediation technologies, risk-based approaches, and regulatory developments
- Oversee project delivery with focus on client satisfaction, quality, and commercial performance
- Collaborate with Environment & Health, Water, Energy, Planning, and Sustainability teams for integrated solutions
- Drive innovation in remediation strategies, nature-based solutions,



and sustainable land management
- Represent Ramboll externally through industry involvement and thought leadership initiatives

Requisiti fondamentali

- Strong experience in contaminated land management, remediation, soil and groundwater investigations, and environmental compliance
- Proven track record delivering projects for industrial, manufacturing, chemicals, energy, infrastructure, mining, real estate, or public sector clients
- Experience developing remediation strategies and managing environmental liabilities and brownfield redevelopment
- Understanding of Spanish and European environmental regulations related to contaminated land and permitting
- Proven business development success and ability to manage major client relationships
- Technical leadership and recognized status in contaminated land and remediation consulting
- Strong proposal development, project management, and technical reporting skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Local language proficiency and English at C1/C2; Portuguese is a plus
