Overview As HR Business Partner for Group Operations, you will partner with business leaders to translate HR strategy into practices across multiple countries. and succession planning Support recruiting activities and internal mobility Ensure accuracy of employee data and compliance with policies Maintain timely HR documentation and governance across the organization Bachelor in Economics, Law, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields (education requirement) Approximately 8 years of HR Business Partner experience in structured, international organizations Experience supporting multi-country environments and managing global stakeholders Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken) data-driven decision making cross-functional collaboration stakeholder management HR analytics workforce planning performance management
