Role Summary:As Genesis Sales Operations Expert, you will support Genesis sales performance and deliver an exceptional customer journey through efficient vehicle ordering, allocation, stock management and delivery processes. Acting as a key interface between retailers, headquarters, logistics partners and internal stakeholders, you will help drive operational excellence, retailer performance and business growth.
We want you to:Prepare and maintain regular reports covering retail sales, wholesale, order bank, stock, registrations and deliveriesMonitor sales performance against targets and identify trends, opportunities and risksSupport sales forecasting and budget planning activities through accurate data analysisDevelop ad hoc analyses to support management decision-making and business reviewsManage the end-to-end vehicle ordering process, ensuring order accuracy and timely executionMonitor order bank, production status, inbound pipeline and vehicle availabilityCoordinate vehicle allocation activities, balancing business priorities, retailer requirements and customer demandSupport stock management strategies aimed at maximizing conversion opportunitiesCoordinate vehicle logistics and delivery planning to ensure a seamless customer handover processProvide guidance and support to retailers on ordering, allocation, stock availability,



vehicle status and delivery planningMonitor retailer performance KPIs and support actions aimed at improving sales effectiveness and customer satisfactionCollaborate closely with Sales, Customer Experience, Finance, Marketing, Network Development, Logistics and HQ teamsSupport the implementation of new systems, tools and operational procedures while ensuring compliance with internal policies and reporting requirements About you:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Dealer Support, Sales Administration or a related automotive functionAutomotive industry experience is strongly preferred; premium automotive experience is a plusFluent Italian and English, both written and spokenAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting toolsStrong analytical mindset, customer focus and stakeholder management skillsWhat
