Senior Agentic AI EngineerData Reply, a young and dynamic company within the Reply group specialising in Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Data Governance and Quantum Computing, is looking for a Senior Agentic AI Engineer. ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement and optimise Agentic AI and GenAI solutions for our clients, from architecture definition through to production release; Work closely with clients to understand their business goals, translating complex data challenges into clear requirements and concrete, high-impact solutions Lead the different project phases, ensuring the quality and scalability of the models developed and deployed to production. Define and run evaluation strategies for LLM-based systems to guarantee reliable and measurable behaviour over time;Integrate agents with client systems and third-party services, working with DevOps teams and the client to identify and resolve architectural inconsistencies;Act as a technical guide for the team, setting engineering standards and ensuring code quality through structured review processes.
Requirements Education and

experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field; At least 4–5 years of experience in software development or ML/AI, including at least 1–2 years on LLM-based projects and agentic solutions deployed to production; Experience in consulting or client-facing environments. Excellent command of Python and of the main frameworks for building agentic systems (e.g. LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen) including multi-agent design: orchestration, routing between specialised agents and conversational state management;Excellent command of Python and of the main frameworks for agentic systems (e.g. LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen), including multi-agent design:
