Directors and Managing Directors and with the vantaggi of an intensive on‐the‐job technical and professional training, key operational responsibilities of the Intern include:
- Marketing activity: prepare client pitches (simulation of acquisitions, refinancing, LBO financing, IPO financing) covering a full‐fledged financing solution across the capital structure (bonds & loans / equity / convertibles and hybrids). Also provide market updates including selection of comparable transactions from both a credit and market perspective
- Financial Modeling of acquisition financing and LBO
