pWe are looking for an AI Agent Copilot Automation Developer to design, develop and deploy AI-powered agents and business process automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform. /p pThe ideal candidate has hands-on experience building conversational AI solutions and integrating them into enterprise environments. /p pKey Responsibilities /p ul liDesign, develop and maintain AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio. /li liConfigure conversational topics, prompts, instructions, actions and agent workflows. /li liBuild end-to-end business process automations using Power Automate. /li liIntegrate AI agents with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams and external enterprise systems. /li liImplement RAG solutions using SharePoint, Dataverse and other enterprise data sources. /li liDevelop integrations using REST APIs, JSON, webhooks and custom connectors. /li liConfigure authentication, permissions and secure access through Microsoft Entra ID. /li liTest, deploy and maintain agents and automation workflows in production environments. /li liCollaborate with business stakeholders to analyse processes and identify automation opportunities. /li /ul pRequirements /p ul li3+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development. /li li2+ years of experience in business process automation. /li liProven hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and conversational AI developmentb. /b.



/li liStrong knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps and Dataverse. /li liExperience integrating Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams. /li liKnowledge of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, OAuth and Microsoft Entra ID. /li liUnderstanding of LLMs, prompt engineering and RAG architectures. /li liKnowledge of Power Platform connectors, custom actions and workflow orchestration. /li liFamiliarity with security, governance and data access management. /li /ul pPreferred Qualifications /p ul liExperience delivering enterprise AI agents and automation solutions in production. /li liKnowledge of Microsoft Azure and Azure AI services. /li liExperience in consulting or customer-facing technology projects. /li liAbility to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. /li /ul pWhat
