Chameleon Travel Shop is a company specializing in personalized travel experiences, with a presence in destinations such as Australia, New Zealand, Italy, France, Portugal, Spain, the United Kingdom, and Scandinavia. We work with travel agents and individual travelers worldwide, offering tailor-made itineraries, small group tours, and much more.
We are looking for a Sales Agent to join our team, working remotely from Italy.
What you will do: Respond promptly to requests from travel agents and private clients
Prepare personalized itineraries based on each client's preferences and budget, using the company's internal system
Confirm and monitor reservations, maintaining regular contact with the team, guides, and local suppliers




Ensure all travel documentation is correct and sent to clients well in advance
Provide assistance to clients during their trips What we are looking for: Residence in Italy
Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
Minimum of 2 years' experience in tourism operations
Own computer and stable internet connection
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer-oriented approach
Knowledge of other languages (desirable) What we offer: Full-time service contract, working from home
