We are looking for Supplier Development Engineers with a main responsibility in Part Quality Assurance Plans, quality & supplier performance management and supplier auditing.

a possibility to hybrid work. As a Supplier Development Engineer your work will includeto identify, develop and execute supplier development actions. This includes monitoring and analysing supplier performance and executing action plans to improve supplier performance. You'll be working as a part of impactful Supplier Development team and Category teams with diverse expertise. Proactive support for new product introduction and systematic quality assurance activities for components under your responsibility area Support suppliers with their operational efficiency, product improvement and development initiatives Act as a point of contact for suppliers with quality, delivery or technical problems Good teamworking, coordination, communication and networking skills Project management knowledge and ability to collaborate cross-functionally Experience in SAP and reporting tools (PowerBI) Performance-focused mindset and accountability for own targets in Engineering or Economics and Business Administration, or qualified equivalent Fluency in English,



both verbal and written Continuous improvement mindset The primary location for this role is Finland, but this role can also be based in Italy where the annual salary range would be 35 000 EUR – 45 000 EUR in accordance with the salary provisions in the applicable National Collective Labor Agreement for workers in the metalworking and plant installation industry (CCNL Metalmeccanico).
