- The Role: The Junior Mechanical Engineer contributes to the analysis and optimization of manufacturing equipment and processes, supporting troubleshooting activities and the identification and implementation of technical solutions, including new production lines, to improve reliability and performance. Analyze the mechanical aspects of equipment and production systems, identifying opportunities for improvement. Contribute to the optimization and innovation of industrial processes, supporting efficiency and performance improvements. Support the technical development of equipment and solutions, evaluating the most suitable technologies for each project.



Monitor the performance and proper functioning of equipment and processes, providing technical support to the Maintenance team. Contribute to engineering projects related to new production lines and equipment. Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:
2+ years of experience as Mechanical Engineer within manufacturing companies (food or pharma businesses are preferable) Professional

skills:
Good understanding of industrial equipment and manufacturing systems, with knowledge of mechanical and pneumatic systems and the ability to identify and troubleshoot technical issues IT

Skills:
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and AutoCAD 2D/3D Languages: Fluent Italian and English Soft
