The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community. He/She will reports a Restaurant Manager Main duties &

responsibilities:
* Fullfil the operations of the Food & Beverage on DaV Restaurant
- according to the Company policies, high standards and procedures;
* Take care of the mise en place;
* Support the Chef de Rang with service;
* Clean and set-up floors, tables, chairs, linens, glass and silver for service;
* Monitor all aspects of the customers' experience, from the restaurant layout before they arrive to the experience they receive during the service.
* Act to enhance a flawless service and anticipate Guests’ needs.
* Effective communication: communicate clearly and in an appropriate manner (both verbally and non-verbally);
* Emotional intelligence:



demonstrate sensitivity to the needs and emotions of guests and colleagues and adjust his/her style to them. Manage own emotions in challenging situations;

requirements:
Fluent in Italian and basic level of English;
* Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred;
* Previous professional experience in a similar role, also with school internships;
