In this role as Order Handling Specialist , you will have the opportunity to provide customer support, including technical support, order, and payment-related assistance to meet target levels of service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will implement customer support strategy to increase operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the sales process. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting achievement of established targets by overseeing progress and implementing improvement actions as needed.
The work model for the role is: Onsite, Florence, SC
Focusing on meeting defined targets, including inventory turn on finished goods, requested on-time delivery, and Net Promoter Score.
Processing orders by coordinating with Sales, Product Marketing, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products.
Acting as the first port of call for customers' queries and orders and ensuring the resolution of customer issues.
Supporting in after-sales service by resolving customer issues and ensuring effective and efficient customer communication by utilizing specific commercial communication tools.

Bachelor'sdegree (no minimum experience)



OR Associate's degree PLUS minimum 1 yea r of related experience OR High School diploma PLUS minimum 2 years of related experience
Customer support or quality management experiencein manufacturing
Strong knowledge of Microsoft programs, Excel, Word, Power Point, Microsoft Outlook.
Strong knowledge of ABB systems, SPINE, SAP, SOM, a plus.
This role does not include relocation.
Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
