We are committed to embracing new state-of-the-art technologies and advancements, propelling us towards a cleaner, brighter tomorrow. We are currently looking for a Site Manager to join our M Renewables team in Italyfor the construction of utility-scale solar projects .

studies deeply project SOW including engineering drawings, BOM, material purchase orders and subcontract requisitions

reports project progress to the Project Manager

oversees, with the help of site engineers, subcontractors's installation works

reports daily about the material received onsite

liaise, in collaboration with Procurement and Logistics departments, with suppliers to arrange the material deliveries





monitors compliance with Melen Energy & Metals technical requirements and all the applicable norms and standards

Rent offices, provide the necessary utilities (water, electricity, internet), organize cleaning activities stipulating contract with local suppliers

you will formally assume the role of "Preposto" (site supervisor as per Italian HSE legislation)

minimum 5 years working experience as site manager within construction

University Degree in Electrical/Mechanical or Civil Engineering is a plus

excellent use of Microsoft Office and AUTOCAD

leadership and negotiation skills

willingness to relocate

fluent knowledge of Italian and English

The starting gross annual salary (RAL) for this position is €48.200, based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.

The final compensation may reflect the candidate’s relevant experience and competencies, in line with the Company’s remuneration framework.
