It unites us, inspires us, and challenges us to be better every day, driven by our agile, performance-focused culture. /ph3Expert Field Specialist /h3h3About the role /h3pEducational/promotional campaign implementation of Haleon brands (Oral Care, Gynecology) by translating strategies towards selected customers (Dentists Dental hygienists, Gynecologists) according to well defined guidance, using the right monitoring tools, to deliver company objectives. /liliUnderstand and work to the way Haleon delivers to the HCP’s and KEE’s using the framework, training and tools delivered by expert marketing. /liliExecute the territory plan using segmentation and targeting principles and report it daily into the CRM system and monitors results in terms of sell out. /liliDelivery of persuasive science-based selling stories to achieve or change recommendation of Haleon-brands through science-based face-to-face calls, workshop with HCPs, local event (i.e. LunchLearn, Hospital meetings, congresses ect..). /liliDeliver new product development launch campaigns through science-based face-to-face calls, workshop with HCP, local event (i.e. liliSupport and attend local, national conferences (related to the area of interest) and deliver educational/training interventions where appropriate.



/liliOrganize and manage Dental School to train and engage future Dental HCPs. /liliGuarantee compliance with all standard operating procedures for customer facing roles: adverse events, write right, EFPIA rules, scientific engagement, sample management. /liliShare best practice: facilitation of knowledge and experience to peers in order to transfer knowledge. /li /ulh3Qualifications and skills /h3ulliMedicine and surgery, biological sciences, Chemistry with organic or biological stream, Pharmacy /liliPrevious relevant experience in the role /liliStrong communications and presentations skills /liliAble to work independently and with an entrepreneurial approach /liliAbility to develop professional, empathetic working relationships with HCPs. /liliKEEs, associations and colleagues /liliGood analytical skills /liliTeam player /liliHas affinity with the Dental environment /liliStrong communications skills, Good knowledge of hardware (i-pad) and software systems (MS Office- CRM) /li /ulpEUR 38.822,00 - EUR 53.379,70 The salary range for this position is indicative and provided as a guide.
