/li liBuild relationships with schools and universities and coordinate onboarding for new employees. /li liCoordinate training, maintain training records and support performance reviews. /li liTurn employee feedback into practical engagement and wellbeing initiatives. /li liAdvise employees and managers on everyday HR matters, applying Italian employment legislation and company policies. /li liSupport HR and payroll administration, maintaining accurate employee records and reports. /li /ul h3Minimum qualifications /h3 ul liA bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Economics, Law or a related field, or an equivalent qualification. /li liAt least three years of experience in a generalist HR role /li liSound knowledge of Italian employment legislation and its practical application. /li liFluent Italian and advanced English, with the confidence to collaborate internationally. /li liConfidence working with HR systems and data, with strong attention to accuracy. /li liA proactive, collaborative mindset and willingness to move between different HR activities. /li liWillingness to travel between our Italian locations. /li /ul h3Preferred qualifications /h3 ul liExperience in a manufacturing or technical environment. /li liExperience working in an international organization. /li liFamiliarity with Workday /li liA master’s specialization in HR or an additional relevant HR qualification. /li /ul h3Compensation /h3 pThe annual salary range for this position is €33,500-€44,600.
