- *Lead the deployment and implementation of the Schneider Performance System (SPS) across multiple sites and methodologies
- Conduct manufacturing research and development to enhance production efficiency and quality standards
- Develop and implement standardized manufacturing procedures while evaluating and optimizing production costs
- Collaborate with vendors to determine product specifications and ensure timely delivery
- Spearhead technical feasibility testing and production process improvements
- *Proven track record in manufacturing engineering and process optimization
