Culligan Group, a leading international company in water treatment solutions, is looking for a Internal Communications Specialist (Maternity leave).About the RoleWe are looking for an dynamic Internal Communications Specialist to develop and execute communication strategies that engage employees, strengthen company culture, and support business objectives. This role plays a key part in ensuring clear, consistent, and impactful communication across all levels of the organization, while acting as a bridge with italy external communication and global teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement internal communication strategies aligned with company goalsCreate, edit, and distribute engaging content (emails, newsletters, intranet update, presentations, videos)Produce multimedia content and support visual storytelling using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar platformsPartner with HR, leadership, and cross-functional teams to support key initiatives and change management programsCollaborate closely with the External Communication team to ensure message alignment and consistency across internal and external audiencesSupport brand activation initiatives, ensuring internal audiences are engaged and aligned with key campaigns and brand momentsLocalize and adapt global communication initiatives, campaigns,
