Overview

In this role you will lead the design, development and deployment of MES solutions for manufacturing, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value using AVEVA products. You will work in a customer-facing capacity to implement scalable MES solutions and ensure system integrity across environments. The role combines hands-on engineering with architectural input, travel to customer sites, and a focus on performance, security and integration. You will help shape factory software landscapes in a global, innovative company.

Responsabilità

- Participate in requirements gathering, system design, and code reviews
- Ensure coding, security and performance best practices
- Design, develop, and maintain MES solutions built with AVEVA products
- Integrate with external systems (e.g., SAP, PLCs, SCADA) as part of MES architecture
- Author system acceptance test criteria and ensure requirements are met on time
- Conduct unit and system testing per test plan
- Site commissioning of MES solutions




- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in manufacturing environments
- Maintain detailed technical documentation
- Travel up to 25% to customer sites for workshops and training

Requisiti fondamentali

- Experience or exposure to MES systems (AVEVA/Wonderware, Rockwell FT, Siemens Opcenter, Apriso)
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, production workflows, and shop floor integration
- Fluent in English
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in C#, .NET, Web API development
- Proficient in creating and optimizing SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning
- Strong front-end skills (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
- Solid understanding of SCADA solutions and industrial communication protocols
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
