for a Logistics Manager. The role will lead end-to-end logistics operations across EMEA and

excellence, the role will drive operational performance, strategic logistics
initiatives and the implementation of advanced logistics solutions, including
Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), to support business growth and customer
satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end logistics operations
across Europe, EMEA and APAC, ensuring efficient, reliable and cost-effective
transport, warehousing and distributionDrive logistics performance by
monitoring KPIs, improving service levels, OTIF, lead times and operational
efficiencyPartner with Customer Service,
Sales, Planning and Operations to align logistics execution with business
priorities and customer expectationsOwn the logistics budget and
identify opportunities to optimize transport networks, warehousing, carrier
performance and overall logistics costsBuild and manage strong

efficiency and customer satisfactiont.Your ProfileRequirements and Skills:Minimum of 5 years' experience in
logistics or supply chain management, preferably within an international or
Italian-based companyStrong knowledge of logistics
software, ERP systems and industry best practices. Experience with Oracle
Transportation Management (OTM) and Oracle ERP is an advantageStrong understanding of European
transport laws, customs regulations and supply chain dynamicsFluent in Italian and English
(written and spoken)Excellent analytical,
problem-solving and negotiation skillsProven leadership experience and the
ability to manage teams and external logistics partnersA proactive, hands-on approach with
