Desired Experience

- 1+ years in tour operations, ground ops, or travel logistics
- 1+ years purchasing

Key Skills & Technical Proficiencies
- Fluent in Italian and competent English
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

Key Responsibilities
- Purchasing tickets for attractions and venues across Rome
- Managing ticket uploads and ensuring data accuracy within internal systems
- Monitoring inventory levels, including last‑minute bookings




- Supporting urgent booking requests and operational needs
- Maintaining accurate records of purchases and ticket inventory
