Admission to the bar and qualification to practice as an attorney is preferred.
The position is based in Cascina Costa di Samarate.
/ppThe successful candidate will be responsible for the following activities: /pulliDrafting, reviewing, and negotiating international commercial agreements, including sales contracts, under the supervision of the SVP Legal.
/liliManaging and negotiating a wide range of corporate agreements, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs), and Letters of Intent (LoIs), with particular attention to confidentiality obligations and the protection of Leonardo Helicopters' know-how.
/liliProviding legal support on intellectual property matters, including licensing agreements,



trademarks, and the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights.
/liliAdvising on regulatory and contractual aspects related to European Union-funded programs and projects.
/liliSupporting business stakeholders in identifying legal risks and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
