NHOA Energy is seeking a PCS Firmware R&D; Engineer to join our embedded systems team in Italy. Hybrid work model with Cosio Valtellino offices and occasional travel to Milan, plus international collaboration.

Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware for power conversion systems, build peripheral drivers, and validate code on real PCS benches while leveraging AI-assisted tools to boost efficiency and quality.
