Sirmax is seeking an R&D; Developer in San Vito al Tagliamento, Italy, to work with the product development team on polypropylene and technopolymer compounding. You will perform laboratory analyses, interpret results, and prepare technical reports to support ongoing projects.

The role involves developing and improving products, optimizing formulations, and planning tests. A Master of Chemistry and 0–3 years' experience are expected with strong English and MS Office skills.
