We are looking for a Controller & Finance Business Partner to support a strategic customer, acting as a key link between Finance, Operations, Contract Management, and the customer. This is a highly visible role combining financial controlling, business partnering, contract management, and customer interaction.

You will play a critical role in driving financial transparency, supporting operational decision-making, and ensuring alignment between contractual agreements, operational performance, and financial results. Key Responsibilities Manage Open Book financial models and tariff structures in line with contractual agreements Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities Deliver accurate customer financial reporting and monthly invoicing Perform variance analysis on costs, volumes, productivity,



and operational KPIsManage quarterly and annual true-up processes and cost reconciliations Support customer and external audits Provide financial insights and recommendations to Operations and Contract Management Conduct scenario analysis and identify risks and opportunities to improve performance and profitability Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support strategic decision-making What We're Looking For Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related field At least 7 years of experience in Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis, or Finance Business Partnering roles Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis Solid understanding of accounting principles Experience in structured and complex business environments Logistics, transportation, or service industry experience is a plus Advanced Excel skills Fluent English Salary Package: 42.000 - 50.000Job Summary Job number: AV-342988
