international group operating in the medical technology sector, we are looking
for an Order to Cash Team
Leader. Joining the Finance & Accounting team, the role will take
ownership of the Order to Cash and Accounts Receivable processes, ensuring
accuracy of financial data, effective support to business operations and
continuous process improvement, within an international environment that calls
for a high degree of autonomy and close cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end Order to Cash
and Accounts Receivable processes Coordinate and support a team of two
resources, ensuring alignment on priorities, workload and performance Perform AR and sales
reconciliations, providing reporting and analysis in support of decision-making Support month-end and year-end
closing activities related to customer accounting and receivables Manage customer queries and disputes
in collaboration with Customer Service and internal stakeholders Ensure compliance with SOX
procedures, VAT regulations and accounting policies Support electronic invoicing, intercompany transactions and credit/debit note processes Safeguard and improve the quality of
customer master data, fostering process efficiency and data accuracy Contribute to process improvement
and Finance transformation initiatives, including SAP-related activities Your Profile Requirements and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Accounting,



Finance or related disciplines3–5+ years of experience in similar
roles within Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, Customer Accounting or Billing Good understanding of accounting
processes, VAT and financial controls Solid knowledge of Excel and ERP
systems; SAP experience is highly valued Strong organisational skills and
ability to manage priorities and deadlines Excellent communication skills and
ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Customer Service and Business

stakeholders Fluent English Proactivity, reliability and

autonomy. Contract and Compensation: Employment under CCNL Gomma Plastica – Level Indicative salary range: 43,000 – 60,000 GAS , defined according to the candidate’s experience and qualifications. Annual premio of 5% Flexible working options Location: Northern
