Overview In this role you drive service sales across Europe and selected non-European markets for ABB’s Motion Service portfolio. You will translate customer needs into ABB service solutions, build trust-based relationships, and collaborate with local sales teams to grow profitable service opportunities. The position emphasizes international, cross-country sales and a focus on retrofits, upgrades, spare parts, and customized motors. You’ll work within ABB’s Motors & Generators organization to help customers run their operations more reliably and efficiently.

Promote the Motion Service product portfolio (retrofits, upgrades, spare parts,



customized motors) Translate customer needs into ABB Service offerings and solutions Focus on the entire service portfolio to secure profitable sales Collaborate with local sales teams to identify and develop new market opportunities Leverage knowledge of customer needs and ABB solutions to propose effective outcomes Manage international sales activities in assigned countries and build strong customer relationships

Requisiti fondamentali

At least 2 years of sales experience Solid knowledge of Industrial Automation, OEM, End Users Proven ability to develop and manage trusted customer relationships Collaborative, solution-focused approach with strong written and spoken communication Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electromechanical) English and Italian language proficiency Flexibility and availability for international travel collaborative solution-focused strong communication Industrial Automation knowledge Sales of service portfolio (Motion Service) customer needs assessment and solution design
