Overview In this role you support the Sales team and customers by tailoring ABB drive products to meet technical requirements. You will act as a core technical resource, selecting suitable technologies and coordinating demonstrations and proposals. You’ll perform on-site commissioning and develop customized solutions for OEM customers across data centers, HVAC, and related industries. The role sits within ABB Motion’s Drives Division and offers a practical, customer-facing path to impact across multiple sectors.

Perform on-site commissioning of drives at customer sites Develop and implement customized product packages and software applications Understand customer needs and demonstrate how ABB solutions address them Coordinate product demonstrations and technical presentations Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals and support contract negotiations Provide technical support to customers and collaborate with internal teams for project execution

Requisiti fondamentali

Degree in Engineering (Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related fields) Minimum 2 years of experience in automation Experience with AC drives and motor systems; PLC knowledge is advantageous Familiarity with CODESYS programming preferred Strong problem-solving and customer-facing capabilities Willingness to travel to customer sites and ABB factories Fluent English; ability to collaborate with international teams (Finland) Strong problem-solving Customer-facing capabilities Hands-on commissioning approach AC drives and motor systems PLCs CODESYS programming language
