Guard our compliance standards , ensuring the correct application of Italian Labor Law, corporate guidelines, and company policies, monitor HR KPIs through punctual and precise monthly HR reporting. Master global mobility , steering international visa processes and creating frictionless onboarding and ongoing support experiences for our expat community in tight synergy with the Global Mobility Team.
