Acts as a key contributor expected to deliver measurable results and mentor early-career engineers aligned to technical leadership expectations. /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliLead project-level initiatives focused on development of wet processes. /liliCarry out complex experiments and support process integration under guidance of senior staff members. /liliFacilitate technology transfer and assist in ramp-up; maintain accurate records and prepare technical reports. /liliMentor early-career staff; participate in multi-functional problem solving; drive continuous improvement and optimization. /liliContribute to documentation of guidelines/SOPs and knowledge management; stay current on emerging technologies and wet processing advancements. /li /ulh3Other Responsibilities /h3ulliMentor early-career engineers and provide leadership aligned with senior technical expectations. /liliSupport continuous improvement and optimization of existing processes. /liliIntegrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements. /liliContributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work. /li /ulh3Candidate Profile /h3pMinimum Qualifications / Experience /pulliPhD ≥8yrs, or Master’s ≥11yrs,

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
